THE MAIN HOUSE
Our couples have access to the main house as they prepare to say I do - the bride and groom + their wedding party has access to their own areas in the house. The bride and her girls have access to nearly 2000 square feet of space on the main floor, featuring a vanity room with plentiful space for hair and makeup plus a bedroom and living space for prep. The groom and his men have access to the man cave located in the basement of the main house that features a bar and pool table. The bride and groom suites feature separate entrances for your convince.
THE BARN
Our rustic barn features 2400 square feet of space to accommodate for your ceremony or reception! The front opening has a perfect view of the field, and makes the perfect place to enjoy your wedding day as you watch the evening sunlight come through the nearby trees. Nearby the barn is our checker dance floor and wall of candles.
RIVERSIDE THEATRE
Sitting along the edge of the North Fork of the Kentucky River, the Riverside Theatre is beautiful both day and night.. The theatre includes seating for a large gathering - all made from reclaimed wood - that accommodates for beautiful ceremonies and provides great shade for those warm summer weddings. In the evenings the the forest lights up and is so dreamy.
WIDE OPEN FIELDS
The Perfect Place sits on five acres of gorgeous fields in Lower Pigeon Roost. Our fields provide not only plenty of parking space, but also plenty of potential areas for your ceremony!
WATER HOLE
The waterhole is located at the entrance of the Perfect Place and has easy access for photo opportunities and even for beautiful elopements.
